What we publish

Operator profiles separate observed availability, operator claims, public records and independently verified evidence. Missing licence evidence is reported as not independently verified; it is not automatically described as proof of illegal operation.

The directory is published by Zambia Betting Reviews Editorial Team. We do not publish private administrator details, accept wagers, hold player money or act as a regulator or legal adviser.

Each profile is intended to answer practical questions: which domain was observed, which legal entity is named, what products appear to be offered, when the evidence was checked and which important details remain unknown. Readers can open the cited sources and compare them with the exact service they intend to use.

How to use the directory

Start with the evidence label and last-checked date, then compare the legal entity, licence number and operating domain with the linked primary record. Check current payment, identity-verification and promotion terms on the operator's own service before depositing. A local domain, Zambian currency or mobile-money option can show market targeting, but none of those details proves a current Zambia licence on its own.

Advertising and editorial independence

XOXO.win and Lotto.com.zm · Panga Lotto are related projects from the same ownership group and are promoted as our top choices. Their commercial prominence does not change sourced operator facts, alphabetical directory order or future moderated user scores.

Commercial links are visibly disclosed and use sponsored link attributes. A featured position cannot remove a warning, change an evidence label, suppress a correction or move another operator in the alphabetical directory.

Current release scope

The public release covers 40 operator profiles in English and seven Zambian-language editions. Review submissions, operator profile claims and public replies remain paused until the required moderation and privacy controls are opened deliberately.

English is the source editorial edition. Seven local-language editions use AI-assisted translation and state that clearly on the page. Brand names, legal entities, licence identifiers, dates, numbers, URLs and source titles remain unchanged so readers can compare the same evidence across language versions. Factual errors can be challenged through the published corrections process.
