Build a record before escalating
Save the account username without publishing passwords or identity documents. Record the exact deposit, withdrawal or wager reference, the time shown by the operator, the amount in ZMW and the outcome requested. Keep screenshots of the balance, status message and terms that applied at the time.
Contact the operator through a published support or complaint channel and ask for a case number. State one issue per message and give a reasonable response deadline. A social-media reply can help locate support, but it should not replace a traceable complaint submitted through the operator’s official route.
Escalation is not an instant refund service
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission publishes a consumer complaint route. Its page should be read for current requirements before submission. This directory does not decide disputes, recover funds or predict the result. It records where evidence exists and clearly marks operators for which no sourced procedure is available.
Source and status rules
A source can support, contradict or provide context for a statement. Published, disputed and superseded facts remain distinguishable.
- Promotions are rechecked after seven days.
- Licences and official warnings are rechecked after thirty days.
- Domains, products, payments and support are rechecked after ninety days; company data after 180 days.
What an evidence label means
A label describes the strength and origin of the available evidence. It is not a prediction of service quality, solvency, payout speed or safety.
