Fastest correction route
- Open the operator profile and note the field or sentence.
- Provide a current regulator, government or official operator source.
- Explain the legal entity, domain, product and effective date involved.
- Send the request through the route shown below and retain the supporting evidence.
The dedicated public correction inbox is still being prepared. Review, claim and operator-reply submissions remain unavailable until that contact route and the moderation workflow open.
Evidence that helps us decide
The strongest request links a current regulator, government, court or official operator record to the exact statement being challenged. A screenshot can add context, but a dated public URL is usually more useful because editors and readers can inspect it independently. State whether the source supports a company name, licence, domain, product, payment method, promotion, warning or operating status.
A foreign licence does not establish Zambia authorisation. Likewise, a local domain, ZMW pricing or mobile-money option does not by itself prove a local licence. If sources conflict, identify both records and explain the dates involved rather than asking us to hide one side of the evidence trail.
What happens next
Editors compare the request with the existing evidence log. A correction can be approved, rejected with a reason, or held for further verification. Material changes update the profile’s checked date and source list. A claimed operator cannot directly overwrite a licence label.
Editors may ask for clarification, preserve the existing statement while a check is pending, or publish a corrected value with a new verification date. Superseded material remains distinguishable in the evidence history so a correction does not create a misleading impression that the earlier public record never existed.
Right of reply and safety
An operator may provide a concise factual response supported by the same standard of evidence used for directory profiles. Ownership or commercial pressure does not create a right to edit the site directly. We do not publish passwords, payment credentials, unredacted identity documents or another person's private data.
Correction requests do not replace an urgent complaint to an operator, payment provider, regulator, court or emergency service. Zambia Betting Reviews cannot reverse a transaction, unlock an account, recover a deposit or give legal advice. Use the appropriate accountable body when a deadline, safety risk or legal remedy is involved.
