Who may submit
Reviewers must be at least 18 and describe their own genuine experience. Employees, agents, competitors and paid reviewers may not misrepresent their relationship. One person may not use multiple identities to manipulate a score.
Required review standard
- Choose a score from 1 to 10 that reflects the written account.
- Explain what happened with useful context and an approximate date.
- Separate what you observed from what you suspect.
- Do not post passwords, payment credentials, identity numbers or private third-party data.
- Do not include promotional links, referral codes or copied content.
Strong allegations
Statements such as “scam”, “stole my money”, “criminal” or “fixed” are not automatically published as factual conclusions. A moderator may ask for private support, publish a neutral description such as “the user reports a withdrawal dispute”, request changes or reject the submission.
Moderation outcomes
A submission can be pending, approved, returned for changes, rejected, removed or superseded. We may correct formatting or redact private information, but we do not silently change the meaning. Approved reviews can be removed later if evidence of manipulation, impersonation, privacy harm or a court/regulator decision requires it.
Legal notices, correction requests and appeals
Once the public contact channel opens, a reviewer, operator or affected person may submit a correction, privacy, legal-notice or takedown request through the corrections and right-of-reply route. Notices should identify the exact URL and statement, explain the claimed error or harm, and provide supporting material. We may temporarily hide content while assessing a credible urgent notice, preserve an audit copy where legally required, and record the final decision.
Operator responses
An approved representative may submit one public response to an approved review. Responses must address the issue without exposing account data or retaliating against a reviewer. Operators cannot edit the review, choose its score, mark their own dispute resolved or bypass moderation.
Profile claims and updates
Claim approval confirms representative control only. It is not a licence, recommendation or safety badge. Claimed operators may propose sourced corrections, but only editors can publish changes to legal status, verification level, sources and directory methodology.
No betting service
This directory does not accept bets, process deposits, hold player funds, determine winnings or represent any regulator. Information can become outdated and is not legal, financial or gambling advice.
Public UGC is currently disabled. It will open only after the production legal contact, local notice process, verified-email workflow and Zambia legal review are complete.
